Hi
I recently switch from Omega Pro on BH to Armstrong Attack 8M. Although I very like new set up, I need to really learn how to play medium pips rubbers in general. blade: TBS FH: Xiom Omega IV pro BH: Armstrong Attack 8m, I43 hardness, Japanses 3.0 thickness sponge ( I believe it is aroung 1.8-2.0) I'm a hitter from backhand, but also I can chop and block. Any suggestions?

hit through the sponge using 8M, practice punch blocks if the balls are maybe above 2-3 inches from the net height and learn to drill using MP's, your partners can also learn a lot from you using your mp because it can let them learn handling knuckle or no spin fast balls
