The white balls are still being perfected so it will be awhile before they are able to manufacture orange balls. They'll show up on the ITTF Approved Balls list before they become available for sale. http://ittf.com/_front_page/ittf1.asp?category=balls

Just ordered some Donic orange balls from Dandoy last week. I see they are out of stock now. They said it will be available in a week.

That is strange because I have placed an order of 3 boxes of orange balls with them a week ago and white is not available at that time. Will see what I am going to get.

Received my order today and they are indeed white in colour. Don't know why dandoy sent me the white balls straight away without telling me the error on their webpage.
