I have read reviews where players comment that this blade has a soft feel. Butterfly advertises their ZL Carbon as being softer. And yet, on Butterfly's blade chart this blade is rated much much harder than their ALC family of blades. Anyone know what's up with this?

Honestly I feel like that rating chart is crap.
I find it is better to go off personal reviews. I am sure someone here could compare the two blades.

I know - BTY has gone crazy (don't know if it is BTY or BTY USA) with their descriptions. I read this as well before ordering and when I got my ZJK ZLC, it was as hard as the TB-ZLC ever was.
However, the ZJK-ALC is soft and the two I've had have been softer than the Viscaria and TB-ALC versions I've owned.
