Flared handle. Any weight. Used, but playable. Cheap preferred. ;-).

It must be a good blade. Whoever bought it, keeps it.

YES!! I'm a combination player. I can easily adjust my BH play to suit a faster blade. The Off+ helps my FH. I use my BH to set up my FH. Also, I use a slower LP.

I found a nice deal on a first generation Schlager, but g/f won't let me spend top dollar. I need a less expensive option. I thought about the Yinhe copies, but cannot seem to get an definite about which model, T1 or T11 or T this or T that. I prefer the real deal.

T-9 supposed to have 2 different sides and Carbon on one side only.  Actually, I read the description on megaspin and looked at the picture of T-9 that says suitable for LP.  What I understand from comments on megaspin is that BH side is not very slow compared to FH.  May be you  want to check it out. Not very expensive either.
I inquired from Megaspin and this is what they told me about T-9

    "  Speed: Non-carbon side 8, Carbon side 10
      Rating: Non-carbon side OFF/OFF-, Carbon side OFF+  "

Check out the Friendship 729 Bomb  ($18 all wood OFF blade, with cork inner layers, available at megaspin or zeropong).   For the last 4-5 years, I played with Timo Boll Spirit.  Recently I tried this $18 wood blade and found it to have  better control.  Since, I prefer 729 Bomb over $120 TBS, I switched.

Have I mentioned I also have a T11 in my possession at the moment? :)
