Although I don't like the Viscaria I agree that 86g is the prefect weight on a blade!

Kinda strange/odd that I find 86g-87g All wood blades work wonder for me, just can't explain why tho'....My Viscaria FL, 88g w/ T80s works so well but others (my old buddies @ the club) thought that it's just too much/bouncy/fast yet it's just fine with me. I must have some kinda "delicate" hand feeling...

Actually a lot of vendors will do that when they have sufficient stock, but Viscarias are often back ordered, so it is not so easy to find them in an exact weight. A few years back, before ZJK, when I wanted one at 88g, I would specify that to Megaspin and that's what I would get. So all of my blades are reasonably close to that. Still, weight is not all there is to it, and some of my blades are better than others. |
