Anyone tried both and could give comment on these:

-Spin on serves.
-Brush loop spin.
-Power drive loop. Spin and speed.

is very different mx-s is like tenergy but less catapult.
spinart is comparable to tibhar grip-s

Never used Spinart.  On all the above, MX-S is excellent.  Just not catapulty/bouncy.
I like putting heavy topspin on the ball...

-spin- is in your shot not in your rubber.
mx-s is grippy -- grip-s is tacky:  this is he difference mx-s less time to contact from ball and rubber grip-s more time
