SOLD: Custom Made OFF Walnut outer with basalt

Brand new Handmade by Levi 5-ply all-wood plus 2-ply composite fiber, flared handle, OFF:

Core: Kiri
Intermediate ply: Limba
Intermediate ply: Basalt fiber
Outer ply: Walnut black.

Head dimensions: 150 x 157 mm
Head thickness: 5,8 mm
Handle dimensions: 100 x 24 mm
Weight: 88 g

The outer layer is black walnut (American walnut) old at least 20 years, the core is special kiri as in the old Viscaria and the basalt fiber is as in the Nittaku Meister blades.
Each of the outer layers are made of two pieces glued together, but does not affect the playing characteristics.

The feeling of blade is almost the same as in the old Butterfly Viscaria, slightly faster but with a higher control. This blade is great for looping or blocking and is very good for driving and smashing. Great for service, produces much spin and linear speed, hit slowly goes slowly, hit hard goes by rifle. Work well in the short game but has more power to the middle and long distance from table.

These blades HAND MADE by Levi are incredible good for low prices. This blade for instance, I dind't have the chance to test it, but it seems very very good acording to its composition. All my HM Levi blades were superb, I still have some of them, some are sold ... I could say that just because of TT players trend, I use now BTY, Stiga or Yasaka blades, but these are not better in any way than Levi's blades.
