I dont find Hurricane 2 to be very spinny at all. I haven't tried TG2 or TG3. H3 Neo is pretty spinny if you know how to use it, but dont expect easy spin like Tenergy. Boosted H3 provincial is very very spinny.
Current Setup: TBS FH T80/BH D80

Current estimated level: 1800-1900.

Between h2 and h3n, it depends. The h2 top is tackier but the h3 sponge is softer.

So h2 is going to require a bigger stroke, but should be the spinnier rubber, esp on grazing shots.

Really? I disagree. I tried h2 and I hated it. I thought it was good for driving only.

I've used all of them before, I would rank them in this order:

TG2 > TG3 > H3 > H3-50 > H2

Although these may switch around based on how the rubber compliments your blade.  For example H3 was far more spinny on my W7 than my YEO than TG2, but TG2 was far spinnier on my YEO than on my W7.

I am currently playing with an off+ koto carbon blade,Adidas Accelum carbon. I am getting the H3-50 to try.

Yes Schen, the blade does affect the spin. With the Accelum I am getting a more pronounced curve with my TG3 neo than with the Avenger Carbon.

That's not incorrect.  It's not made to bring the ball up and down.  There's no doubt that the softer sponges produce easier topspin and a loopier ball more easily.

Personally I think H3 Neo and TG2 Neo produce the spinniest loops. Since there is always quite some variation between sheets, no doubt opinions will vary widely as well. LOL

I´ve tried H2, H2N, H3, H3N, TG3 and TG3N.
H2N was the spinniest of them all.

I have been reading a lot about the H3-50. Seems like there is not so much love for that rubber.

Works great as a BH rubber on fast blades. A little mushy for FH. Nice control and wicked spin.

Are you referring to the medium-hard or soft version?

To me the medium hard really feels like medium soft coming from the 40degree h3neo

I went ahead and bought a sheet of H3-50. I am liking this so far. More than my tuned TG3.

My H2N 39° is super spinny, too bad I can't smash well with it. Definitely more spinny than my H3N and TG3N. Faster and lighter as well...
The spinniest I've tried were H3 National, soaked with booster and H8 which I bought but haven't cut yet

For whoever tried H3/H2 Neos, TG2/TG3 Neos, which one might be the best to pair with a YEO?

schen gave a good feedback on this, anyone else?
