The Wavestone was my first composite blade and it will always hold a place in my EJ heart

when I wrote speedplay's name I wanted to put an "@" in front of it so he would be tagged and see it.... and then I realized I'm not on Instagram

The wavestone is a thick blade, and would be harder to loop than the other 5-6mm thick blades mentioned.

... I have TBS as well as wavestone... for me, wavestone is actually easier for looping... it has this softness providing ample of dwell time...

now some says wavestone is great and some says else.

If the wavestone is anything like the Viscaria (ALC) then I will make a mistake, I actually tried a Viscaria FL with roundell max. I didnt like at all on forehand topspin(my primary style): no kick, not enough spin, cant feel the dwell or ball suction time (kinda dead feel), short catapult. Plus side is that it has a high throw.

Wavestone is 5 ply I believe so it should be different.  Anyone know the effective difference between a 5 ply like Wavestone and 7 ply like TBS?

I found the wavestone hard to loop with, I just hope it suits your style.
