Hi, I managed to secure an old butterfly blade with black tag and was wondering if there is any information about restoring it to original condition. Of course I know it is impossible but I want to at least remove the sealing (I think its varnish due to the red-orange color) on the blade face without erasing the factory markings, then clean it as best as I can.
The blade also has a hole in its black tag (not sure where it came from), so was wondering if there are replacement tags/badge that can be bought. Will try to post pictures later. Thanks all!
