they're both with the white sponge made in germany, same structure and visual
if anyone has used both, are they similar/same?

I have used both, they are not the same. Rakza x feels like it catapults a lot more and is overall faster than c-1, which feels very direct.
I personally liked c-1 more when i used it as my rob rubber when i played cpen. |

+1 for C1 as RPB backhand. However, I felt performance drop after 2 months of use, which I have to apply Falco to try to revitalize some additional life.
