I should say that when I communicated with Charlie, it turned out that emails from my Hotmail account went somewhere into the void of WWW - probably has something to do with how his email account is set up for junk and stuff. Then I switched to GMail and everything was fine.
So my advice is to use GMail or at least try to use your other email provider (hope you have more than one). |

We came up with a slightly larger blade head (~ 1/16th longer/wider), which adds a little more flex, or resonance as Charlie likes to call it. The slightly larger head we decided to call a "P" head for the Plastic ball.

Thanks Jim. It seems so, but in an other way that you think, because Charlie answered to my first email (gmx). Nevertheless your advice (to use an other email-account) helped, because I "spammed" him with 3 additional emails. Maybe as result of these additional emails he gave up (to ignore my email) because he feared to get 10 more emails next week.  |

Just to sidetrack.
My advice to Charlie is to stay away from using USPS as their customer service is very bad.

Just a advice for those who want to purchase a blade from BBC but stay outside of US. Request to Charlie not to use USPS.
According to Charlie, my blade was shipped on 25 Jan 2016, Monday morning. The item tracking is still in transit since its departure from USPS Facility on 28 Jan 2016 morning till date. I have checked with USPS - their reply is unable to check once the item is out of their facility and told me to check with my local postal service which I did and the item has not arrived at my local postal service. It has been 10 business days and totally no news on the whereabouts of my item.
