I've met Vincentlim before, although he is new here, I can guarantee he is not a scammer.
Vincetlim you just add 4% from 425, so become 442 usd. So you receive 425 usd.
No need paypal as fee gift, because it has no protection to buyer.

How about seller protection? if the buyer dispute, and he doesn't want to return the goods...
