The price is not that unrealistic honestly. It's the Provincial version, not the National version. A friend of mine got it a few years back and seemed to like it.

Hi everyone,
I was looking at TTNPP and saw they sell a blue sponge Hurricane 3 Neo for only $58. I was wondering if anyone has ordered this and used it to clarify if its real or not? http://ttnpp.com/store/dhs/617-neo-dhs-hurricane-3-iii-blue-sponge-provincial-6-edges-6.html. The price seems a bit too low to be true to me.
