I think it can be the same story as in the early 80's when Zoran Primorac Was sponsored by Bfly & he played with a old Stiga Alser blade with a Bfly handle. He had to meet the rquirements somehow...

Perhaps the DHS King blade uses a custom Offensive CR core (one with very slightly thicker outer ply) that STIGA sells to DHS (at full retail or certainly without much discount) and then DHS finishes the blade with their own handle. If the blade is custom and short run, STIGA would charge a pretty penny and feel no need to give DHS a discount. This might be why the DHS King blade is so expensive. On th other hand, it simply may be that DHS believes that people are willing to pay that much -- which apparently they are. |

Supposedly wlq soaks his blade heavy in shellac, so if you really want his equipment (and I don't know why you would) then just buying the blade with his name on it THIS MONTH isn't going to do it.

This is the Stiga Offensive CR that Wang Liqin was using some years ago... You can find it in many online shops...

In Chinese natianal team they have a new rubber every 3 to 4 days, so they couldn't care less about storing those rubbers...
