Good to see more penhold player.  First make sure you hold the paddle in the right way.  The way you hold it, it seems that you are always in tension. Second, most of the time your arm/hand should be in natural relaxed status. By looking at your Forehand topspin, looks like you are not relaxed from the beginning.

As for back hand, you use too much wrist. Look at these tutorials:

Also see these slow mo to get better understanding -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MO2GnsPbA-A&list=PLYbRscEONpFEWYUPi3JgvE1WlPHet0rF5

you can do some shadow practice, make sure your body mave as a whole part, not just arm by itself.

Keep practicing, you will get better.

I would say to finish the forearm higher. Although, I think because your posture is too high, everything looks slightly off  So you need to correct that and do some squats probably. The wrist movement is good on the forehand. I would say on the loop, contact the ball earlier when it's about peak of the bounce. Also relax and swing forward with the waist more, I would say to twist more. The backhand, on the other hand, is well off. There is way too much wrist in the follow through and not enough wrist when you reel up. Dip the wrist at the start of the stroke and practise with a fixed wrist until you feel comfortable, then gradually add wrist but look at where it should end from pros etc.
Good luck!
JPen player.
