I saw several guys use this rubber in OUG. I do not think re-glue on tensor rubber is a good idea, I heard it will shorthen the life of the rubber |

Hi idchong, Palio Macro can last maybe 6 months or less if play 2 times a week for 3 hours each. The surface is easily torn. Generally the rubber has a very good feel and speed. If you use speed glue, the effect will be even better however it will shorten the lifespan of the rubber. Palio Macro is either the 1st or initial generation of tensor rubber and not like the latest generation like Joola Energy or Andro Plasma Bios (where speed glue effect is fully incorporated - as disclosed in some website), therefore using speed glue will not damage the rubber so significantly. It's a very soft rubber and different from those made in Japan and definitely very different from the Chinese rubber. If you don't get used to playing soft rubber, you may find it not interesting. I ve used it for forehand and also rpb but I found it more suitable for forehand.

based on your game I think Srivel EL suite you, try to control by using this rubber first. After you master the skill on how to play like a european style than only you can change to what ever rubber you prefer. Is time for you to change you BH chinese rubber

All I can say about palio macro is that it better be good, cause it's the same price as desto f2, which I'm told it is a copy of. At least highpoint is $9 cheaper.

Although macro is a tensor rubber.. but i have tried the glue effect of skyline 3... its definately faster and spinnier... i think this tensor rubber only achieve 70% of the normal speed glue effect...
