hi i was just wondering, if u dont properly apply rubber to the blade, whether that may be the amount of glue, or if u didnt brush vertically with the grain of blade, does it affect ur overall play? strokes, power, that sort of thing. because lately my strokes r lackiong power.

if so, can some one tell me how to glue properly.
i dont have any rubber with built in speed glue effect.
i lost my racquet

I don't think that the application of glue has as much to do with performance as much as the application of the sponge/rubber. I try to use one uniform coat, starting in the middle and brushing in all directions to the edge. As for the performance difference when applying the rubber, try rolling the rubber onto the blade using an aluminum can. Not too much though, as you'll not want to ruin the rubber with too much tension.

I can't believe that the Inspirit you are using is lacking power.

I didnt know that rolling the rubber on with a cylindrical object too hard will cause it to have too much tension. Does this damage the rubber? Affect how it plays?

If the rubber is stretched out too much, then yes it could get damaged. Think of it as a rubber band. The more it is stretched, the more tension will result. That might be a little exaggerated, as in comparing apples to grapes, but you get the idea.

the less you expand the rubber it has more rubber to sink in and getts more spin so your better off gettign a fast rubber and not expanding it as much so you get spin to
