i think both. i just traditional more but i do also use modern. iv been concentrating on my short game more so my mid distance looping game fell apart. iv sadly almost only block on bh now instead of hard bh loops.

I think I warm up with traditional, and use modern more in game. I think I play very close to the table and haven't really backhand looped in a while :(
