What do call that style that blocks heavy loops and returns spinny serves right off the table? That's me.

You should add All out attacker, Classic Defender, Modern Defender, Controlled Looper, and a medium for the first two on the list.
I'm personally All out attacker both wings. Fast Flat hitting on the BH and the Hammer of Doom on my FH. :)

I'd say my style is power looper, just enough topspin to overwhelm the spin of the opponent and a lot of power so all balls land on the white line of the opponents table ( or some where near there XD ).I also hit and block ^^

Aggressive Attacker, especially 3rd ball, usually close to table, but can play mid distance looping.

I am a Driver/smasher and a pusher. My game usually delves around 3rd ball attack (like Mal Lin), usually close to table, but can also play mid-distance looping.

The use of the word "junk" to describe a style, as opposed to a rubber, sounds quite derogatory. Not everyone can, does or wants to play the serve-push-loop-counter loop , top spin on top spin game, wonderful as that is. For mostly historical reasons, there are players whose styles evolved differently; the absence of training from a young age is one of them. Equally off-putting are commentators who try to reduce table tennis to a series of mathematical steps, with one step following logically to the next. Again, if it happens that way, well and good. But there's also room for individual spontanaeity and randomness as well. It adds variety and a degree of unpredictability to the sport. There's no one way to play table tennis! |

I am not voting.
Technically a two wing looper on table or mid range, reality a BAD forehand looper with a god aweful half assed backhand loop with no follow through. ;)
