Shakehand variations

   Just wondering if someone could give a run down of the different shakehand grip variations. I am aware of shallow and deep, however there are also people who hold their racquet parallel, verse those who hold it more upright at say 60 degress. 

What are 'all' variations of the shakehand grip? Advantages / Disadvantages?
