I can do 3 different serves that look exactly the same but are completely different and are all meant to get me the point instantly.  How many serves like that do pro's have?(or more correctly, use)

The top players in the world have a fair few I guess, The people they are playing against tend to have amazing touch so it kind of cancels the service out a bit Also it's not so much about winning the point straight off the serivce it's about stopping the ball from being attacked off your serve and controlling the point with a good first attack after winnning the point. Have seen alot of players who have amazing open play but can't keep their serve from being attacked meaning they are always under pressure and never get the chance to use their shots.

not necessarily- a lot of players look for an intentional attack from their service to counter the ball. It all depends on the play style

pros have all kinds of serves like that that are hard to read and look the same, but it still doesn't matter because a pro will be able to read anything no matter how similar someone think's it looks. There are other means of reading service than just seeing what the racket does.

I know Waldner has some fairly nasty serves.
