Do any of you guys/girls have any drills to do that is fun and improving in fh and bh form. Drills on moving into position for the ball. A video would be great or a site.

1) Swing in front of a mirror, paying close attention to foot hopping and swing motion
2) Multiball drills- there are many on youtube you can see. 3) Make them run laps around the table while hitting to the ball to you. They line up and you hit a soft ball to them. They have to hit a soft topspin FH to you (you can change it to chop, BH, etc later). After they hit they have to run a lap around the table and behind you. The more kids there are the bigger the lap circuit. If they miss they are out of the game, but you have to be good enough to give them easy shots to return all the time. Looks kind of silly with all these kids running circles while you are hit soft shot at them.
