He is a good TT player I know for sure! Here is a clip to a movie which shows Bolls table tennis skills from a age of four years, to 1996. Enjoy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qP6R_dLXovY
Blade: Avalox
Rubbers:Donic desto F3 Big slam (both sides)

I have stopped gluening now, I play as good without. Donic desto F3 Big slam gives klick anyways...

Absolutely, the only young Waldner I have ever seen is in the Swedish Team Training Video from the 1980s and he looked very good then too!

It's crazy how little his swing and technique has changed when he was younger.  Only thing that changed was his HEIGHT.  Wow amazing

Do you mean that he'll regain the #1 world ranking or that he'll become Men's Singles World Champion?  If it's the latter, the World Championships (individual events) is next year in Zagreb.  Of course, if Boll wins MS at the 2007 Worlds, he'll still be World Champion in 2008.  Wink

I just needed to say, I just got my TBS. It is exactly the same thickness in handle as my Avalox 550 (except squared) and the exact same head size, couldn't have asked for more, I can change over rubber sheets easily. Haha, it's the simple things in life...

alrighty then How old was JO in his league debut in Sweden? My guess is 12... And how old was he we he played in the single men final at the europian championship? My guess is 14-15... Now really, Timo is a good player but JO is the born TT-player!

Actually most of what Waldner learnt later on was from the Chinese training trips, thats where he got most of his service and receive techniques from.
