Does anyone have a good video explaining how to execute this stroke?
Or is willing to explain to me how it is done?

Funny because I wrote about his just weeks ago trying this method.

Sameless self promtion here I know. ;)

I also have a singles match where I largely focused on this method. Check it out.

I personally find the forehand version easier to do. However in singles as a penholder, you'll get plenty of serves to your backhand. So you'll have to know how to do both.

I think these two videos from the tac show youtube channel demonstrate it best.

Forehand:
(first time I ever saw this shot was in a match where Xu Xin used it)

Backhand:

I think you'll find with the backhand version, against backspin is actually very easy since the traditional backhand is in a natural flat maybe even slightly open face. It shouldn't be all that hard for you to pick that ball up. Just somewhat wristy with the face going up and you can also be lifting slightly with your forearm.

The tricky part is verse topspin. You really have to close the face of your blade to get on top of that ball.
