You can watch some of the top players training videos, find the most efficient techniques, try to copy them and do specific drills to improve each skill.

Don't you know somebody who is playing and willing to teach you the right spin movement ???

Watch very well the champs video and, in fron of a mirror, try to imitate the movement and the right legs position.

Don't you have a robot ???

Well for a beginner, training with a robot is best. They don't complain. A coach is also good. Partners for basic strokes? They don't exist. You'll only get comments like"Why are you trying to spin the ball all the time?" That's to their frustration. And when you get it, they don't like it becoz they just can't return it. Go to a club. An hour on the robot's about 1/4 the cost of that with a coach? I think. Hope that helps.

My english is bad but i will try to explain.

First, you need learn how to use your legs to make a good topspin.
There is a lot of styles to make it strong.

Appelgren, use knees to make his topspin strong , knees go down and go up at the same time, to add energy to the ball

Other style, is more modern, you can transfer wight of your right leg to left leg (if you play with right hand)

When you hit the ball, try to speed up only in the impact with the ball without taking off elbow of the place using pulse in the impact, not take off the elbow and shoulder of the place during the blow.

But, only speed and spin don't give you the point, try to put the drive in good place. Try to hit the ball exactly after it took the table.
Try to transfer weight from legs when you hit the ball , using your hips.

t best answer

perhatikan segala details,

bat angle

timing(bola diambil di sisi badan)

posisi kaki(kanan dibelakang bagi bh n fh jika anda kanan)

posisi badan

Well, the most important thing in forehand topspin is transferring the weight from right foot to the left foot. As you can see in this video of Timo Boll, first the weight of his body is completely on the left foot, right foot only
helps him to get the balance. But at last, whole weight of the body is on his right foot. Getting a huge backswing is not so important than transferring the weight of your body.
Without this balance tospin is not well controlled and hasn't got much spin. Elbow movemant is also very important, but in modern table tennis you don't need too start the stroke with straight hand, although this can make you topspin spinnier. I hope I helped
