Hi
I coach some junior boys and girls, with the average age of 14 yo, they play quite well, and they are able to compete with the best juniors in the contry. The question here is, how can I take them to achieve a semi-pro level? Something like a senior from the 1º league. The kids are improving, but i'm aiming for them, to improve faster and with better quality. At first, my thoughts go for, improving serve and receive, the problem is, there is no 1º league senior in the club that can deliver good serves and make them strugle with agressive receives, I'm the only one that can make them struggle, and it's not enough. Someone have any experience regarding this issue? Some ideas? How do players get that click that makes them pass from the "quite good level", to the "semi-professional" level? thank you
