Does he discuss in any details gluing the booster rubber to the blade? Eg: after boosting a rubber that has been primed with 3 layers of glue, how much wbg does he recommend adding (if any) before gluing to the blade?

Unfortunately not. That quote was an answer in response to a netizen question about the best booster on the market.

There is supposed to be a follow-up demonstration video of the boosting process that Peng You promised but has not been uploaded to this day.
