You can ask DHS to make you some, but that's only an option if you are buying 100's at a time. Ask some chinese coaches, they usually have connections.

 Japsko used to have some of these, not sure if they still have them
We've got some coming, won't have them for another 4 weeks probably. one delay after another...
As was mentioned above, it's a custom version, and DHS will only supply in high quantities as they have to do a special production run for it...
