I use Eudora 7.0 for my school email. I recently configured it so I can check my Yahoo mail through a POP client. Problem is, all my Yahoo mail shows up in the same inbox as my school mail and it is confusing to tell which is from which account. Also, when I logged into my Yahoo webmail, all the mail was gone from the inbox (It still shows up in Eudora). Does anyone know Eudora well enough to fix these problems? Thanks.

Here's what I would do: undo your POP configuration with Yahoo and start over. Now create a filter in Yahoo that forwards a copy of every incoming mail to your school account. Then create a filter in your school account that moves the messages forwarded from your yahoo account to a separate folder. That's probably not the fix you were looking for, but I use mozilla thunderbird for my school account and rigged the same thing with my gmail account to some success.
