Help with Butterfly Amicus 3000 Base

   Hey everyone, I was looking for some info about the Amicus 3000, and there seem to be some knowledgeable people residing here. I'm hoping to borrow some of your expertise if you will please!
A club I recently joined has a broken Butterfly Amicus 3000, and it's been in storage for ages. Turns out the head and the control panel all work. However, the ball intake and the On/Off switch for it do not work at all. I read in the manual that there are two T400ma fuses, could those be the possible cause for the malfunction? If not, would it be difficult to repair the base, or expensive to replace it?

It just seemed like such a waste for a $2000 machine, when the control panel and firing head both work... if anyone could shed some light on the problem I would really appreciate it, thank you!!
