He sent me a pm saying : I will return your money in Due time ! I hope that's very soon. I paid him $110 . if he refunds my money fast I will forgive and forget.

i think he said something in his pm that he was scammed here a while ago and he did it just to get back at people even if you guys did not victimize him. its a pity if what he is saying is true then he's no different from the person who scammed him.

I've seen this song and dance before. I hope those people who got scammed by this person to ask for a more definite date other than "in due time".
There maybe another avenue to collect money from this guy. Google "Republic Act No. 10175". |

Looks to me like this guy is a kid, and by now he probably spent all of your money, so 'in due time' pretty much means 'whenever I get a job, and save some money'... I am sorry, but the chance to get your money back is very slim. Reading his sale ads, I think I would have been fooled too, I am just lucked out that nothing there that I want...

you're seriously flying out to the Philippines? I wonder how much he managed to scam in total. If everyone reports the amount they paid to him, that will give us outsiders a glimpse of just how much he has scammed total. |

yes I agree, all of the victims should report how much they paid the scam artist total so we know the magnitude of this scam. |

yayks that's a lot of money. from what i have seen in his fb account. he is not a kid. if you want to file a complaint against him, one of you guys should file a complaint in the police here. even if i report him to the police it wouldnt matter since i dont have documents or evidence and im not the complainant. if one of you comes here i will try my best to help you
