Anybody using them massage guns?  Seems to be a lot a lower priced ones around $100 more or less now online.  Curious about the quality.

Or share any of your favorite muscle recovery tools and gadgets....

Vibrators don't seem to work on me.

Seriously I like the massage chair at the mall if not the real thing.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

I have seen many pro strength athlete use it so I think it will definitely help with recovery but it seems that there is a lot of technical know how before it can be beneficial...
Honestly for us mere mortals I think a foam roller plus stretching does wonders

Also I heard that the cheaper ones are just vibrators repackaged and may not pack enough punch for your muscles

Just stick to using a rumble roller. It's not like you are traveling constantly for tournaments.

Before looking to buy anything pro uses, assess to see if it even makes any sense.

I have a Theragun. I don't know how much it aids with "recovery" but I use it a lot for flexibility and also it's good to take the tension out of my shoulders.
Just a piece of advice, rather than buy one, it's quite easy to make one at home using a jigsaw if you can (so try google), though - as far as I know - handmade guns are usually louder than commercial ones.

Amazing how much these things cost.  I wish there was a way to try one before buying one.

I was once a licensed massage therapist and already owned quite a few massage guns. The bob and brad is pro the best (and a fraction of the cost). I've had the theragun, hypervolt, kraft, etc.  I held off on buying these when they first became a thing because I didn't think it was that useful and boy was I wrong. The percussive therapy increases blood flow to the area, improves range of motion, gets rid of lactic acid build up in the site, and essentially aids in overriding pain signals to the brain.

I have one from abox. I also have a foam roller, which is basically the same thing. The reason I bought the gun is because the foam roller takes more effort. You have to position yourself, sometimes at an awkward angle and it’s harder to get smaller muscle groups. With a massage gun, you can just turn it on and hit whatever spot you want. Neck? No problem, lats, much more comfortable that with the foam roller etc. Think about the spots you’d like to massage. If it’s mainly big muscle groups on the legs, then use a foam roller instead.

I have a cheap massage gun, that has now been discounted by over 50% [by Amazon] - its around $60 USD now.

It's worked wonders for me, and plenty of other young men [20's/early 30's] have asked to borrow it from time to time, and been very happy with the results -> Buy their own.

Very good to aid recovery during or post workout, as well as injury prevention [I always massage all my leg muscles, front and back, as well as the YT guide regarding massage for helping with tennis elbow - I'm young and have never had it, but see all the older players with it so am using it prophylactically].

After a session I always massage, and I feel a lot better after / wake up with less aches. I've seen countless pro athletes use them / have physio's use it on the athlete as well [UFC is big on them].

In a tournament, they are very useful for removing some fatigue from your legs, in a few minutes. By some I mean a good 20-40%, which makes a huge difference in playing level. It's like having caffeine and taking a shower in how refreshed you are.

When I first saw the massage gun under $100, I also doubt the quality. Luckily I chose a great brand and it works great. My friend gets a Urikar Massage Gun and I also bought one, too. His is Urikar Pro 3 Masage Gun and mine is Urikar AT1 Massage Gun. Two different types but both powerful and quiet. I like Urikar AT1 Massage Gun more. This one has the massage head recognition. That is, when I insert one massage head, AT1 will recognize it and adapts the perfect speed for me. Besides, its intelligent dashboard instructs me during every circle of massage. Awesome, right? I lovYou may check this brand.

I have been using a massage gun for a while now and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for my muscle recovery. I've noticed a significant difference in the way my muscles feel after a workout.
As for other muscle recovery tools, I also love using a foam roller and a lacrosse ball to work out knots and tension. Also, I highly recommend trying out luxury erotic massage in London, it's a great way to relax and unwind after a workout. It's an amazing way to release tension and stress, and it can also help with muscle recovery. It's a great way to pamper yourself and give your body the care it deserves.

I have been using massage gun for years.  It's for soccer, not for table tennis.  The key is to use this BEFORE the match to "warm up" your muscles.  I only use it for 15 minutes half an hour before the game.  Then, warm up and stretch properly to avoid any cramps.  After a soccer match, I stretch lightly.

It's small enough to stick it into a small bag.

Good luck,
