what's the difference btwn this & that Large Shake Tamca T-5000? This 1 is more "Special", must be eh? What does that #44 mean? aww...nice & at least the handle has 2 lenses. This seems to be a beefed-up Tamca 5000 vs old models like SC, PC, Gergely C etc, etc....
