Hi all!
I'm going to turn a 2-car garage into a table tennis room (I live in CA, USA).
The concrete floor is slightly tilted, which is probably required by city code for proper water draining.
As an EJ, I think I'll be very much bothered by this...
Is there any cost effective solution for creating a level ground on top of the concrete, other than redoing the concrete (which violates city code)?
Thanks!
Qiqi

Start, what type of TT flooring are you going to use then put some kind of pad leveler. Check with sports flooring company asking how they do it.

If you're in southern california, you might want to talk to Eddy Lin from Orange County Table Tennis Club off of Chapman. He has experience putting TT flooring in garages:

Go to Costco and buy that garage flooring (black and white rubber tile look like chess board). Affordable $99 for 1 box(48 sq ft). 2 car-garage might needs 4 to 8 boxes.

If you play mid table and close table, i think you're ok. Unless you play long range and run like Ma Long then these rubbers can't handle it. But i don't think you can play like that in a garage, won't you ?

Hope it helps bro !
