For sale: Nittaku Barwell Fleet (92g, FL) blade: $140  Sold!

FYI: this blade costs $230 brand new:

Price includes shipping in the continental US. Paypal (gift option or you pay another 4%). Not interested in any trades.

Blade is in excellent condition. No dings or dents - barely used. It comes in its original box.

This is the best rated overall blade on the tabletennisdb.com database:

Notes about this piece: This is the best build quality Barwell Fleet blade I've had - I bought new from a pro who hand-selected it. Notice its grain. Compare its condition (blade for sale is on top in pics 7 & 8) vs my personal Barwell Fleet (blade on bottom - even this has never had a ding or dent). I had a 86g blade prior to this. That lighter blade had lower dwell and spin than this.

The reasons why this weight is high are that the handle is very solid (not sure if that was custom request of that player) and heavy as compared to the other Barwell Fleet blades I've owned. This really helps in blade balance (from what I know, the best 7-ply wood blades are all around 92g - 95g).

Additionally, the outer walnut layer is a wee bit thicker. In this blade (unlike Viscaria, etc), sinking of ball into the outer layer produces it's deep dwell (so the slightly thicker outer layer helps in spin).
