Here's two new vids of me playing with H3 Neo, any analysis/tips would he appreciated!

The first guy is really good (top 30 in UK for U21) but he hates my style, and second guy is one of my good friends, similar level!

Also, does H3 Neo suit my playstyle or would it be better to switch back to T05? Just wondering

Only you can answer that based on how you feel you can play when you use H3 or T05.  IMO, H3 needs consistently advanced looping technique and its true advantages lie in close to the table control and the short game.  But players with technique like Thomas Keinath can use Chinese rubbers, so forget all the canards about the Chinese forehand, it really comes down to how you win points and whether the rubber is working for you.  No one can tell you whether you are winning more points or more comfortable from where we sit.

For my game, the benefits of H3 for my short game are not outweighed by the level of power and footwork required to consistently loop with power.  But Tenergy 05 doesn't solve my short game issues either.  You make some good shots with H3 in those videos.  But you miss some too, and I can't tell how that compares to how you play with T05 and more importantly, how it compares with how you ideally want to play.

Yeah. Best advice is don't ask for advice here.
You can get better feedback from people you play with. You said the guy you played with is top 30? Well get 100% of all your advice from him because he's QUALIFIED to GIVE advice.

I think you could put a little bit more spin with your H3.
Ball's trajectory would be lower and harder to block/counter but I've just seen a little of your first vid.
But with time probably you'll adjust it adding more arm speed and more use of the wrist

my advice switch back to T05. H3 doesn't suit your technique!
