anyidea how to keep the consistency.
it gives me headache>.< off-form all the time and then i work so hard and get it again, i become real good then after the weekend i come back, i forget everything. any1 teach me how to solve tis? |

Please think more clearly about your problem
You need to be more organized in your thinking, because your post does not give enough info, we can only advise you if you state clearly what the problem is :-) For instance,Do you mean: 1.> strokes ok but losing more than you win when you think the guys you lost to were weaker than the guys you beat? 2.> stroke ok one week and not the next 3.> something else. for 1.> and 3.>give more info please for 2.>If you have a coach or friend who's opinion you respect you can ask them to give an honest opinion of your stroke. If you have a good stroke you should be able to do 100 strokes with practice partner without error. This means low power just playing good length and moving your body and feet. Give yourself ten minutes for each stroke bh to bh backspin over table bh to bh hit over table fh topsin drive against block fh topsin drive against light chop fh topspin controlled smash against lob If any of your strokes fail the test you will see what you need to work on |
