As I was taking the old speed glue (Sanding) off the rubber I noticed that it was very different than the other speed glue such as stiga energy or butterfly fair chack. It was kind of similar to this glue which I had used before and it's very fast and thick, Cold Vulcanizing Fluid (tire glue).  I am awaiting to try the Noriko Clean speed glue when in stock.

Blade: OC CR Stiga
FH: Hurricae 3,2
BH: Bryce

Blade : Energy Wood
FH : Hurricane III,II
BH : Bryce

I used a can of Sanding speedglue (blue label can i think) and it was pretty close to cold vulcanizing fluid but ITTF approved/legal.
Blade: Whatever is close
Rubber Sheet: Whatever still has some grip.

I use Sanding all the time and it is quite thin.  It does stay quite reasonably well for 6 hours.  According to their label, it is manufactured by a Belgium company that makes most of the speed glue under different labels.  Anyway, give this a try.

It is listed on ITTF web site.  It is legal for sure.
