It should be Yasaka Masamune blade with red Yasaka Rakza 7 and black Yasaka Rising Dragon.

In this tournament handle looks different then on Shang Kun blades

Yes, it doesn't match the final design, but you can see a stack of likely prototypes further down on the product page, that had the red end as well as the little rectangular pattern.
