Recently, I saw news about de-listing Joola pickleball paddles (gen 3) from the USAP Approved list due to the paddles in the Market are difference from what Joola submitted for approval (according to USAP).
How about table tennis ? We found a lot of versions that we see the same thing. For example, some of Chinese pips those are very slippery version sold in many countries and able to use in many formal tournaments. Some chinese rubbers those are different tackiness but using common code. Any action is taken by ITTF for this matter ?

ITTF DESERVES CRITICISM A LOT.

You got it right, indeed.    ITTF little care about maintaining fair commerce by manufacturers. We can now observe a lot of the "bastard rubbers" coming out on market, mostly made in China.

With this in mind, we proposed having an ID label on every sandwich rubber intended for market.   Players are bound to use the labeled rubbers during a competition.

sanctions.
