	Just started to actually use my calves in my strokes (to push off the ground), and realised how weak they are after a lifetime of atrophy! Anyone has any good exercises on how to train them up?

	Thanks! Did quite a bit of standing calf raises yesterday and will be continuing to do them as they are really simple to do (just go to a tiptoe position!). Gotta train up in preparation for the toe shoes lol...
