In the Donic training video featuring Waldner and Persson, they are practicing lobs when Waldner decides to smash it back and gets Persson in the groin. Have a look

yeah that was one funny scene but i bet they did it on purpose setting up to have a hit like that.. they have the control to do that so i don't think it would be impossible

Definitely the oddest video ever posted on MyTT.net ;)
Persson's reaction was kinda odd, too. At first I thought... 'oww,' but then I thought... 'it's what - not even 3 grams?' I'm more imagining it's the background music that's hurting Persson.

I forget where the link to the training video was, but somewhere on this forum. The training video is only for beginners though. They do a lot of silly exercises like spinning the ball on the ground and having it bounce back to you. And there was so much advertising for Donic products, I haven't seen that much in a training video before. |

I actually think the ball hit his racket (so I guess I lied in the title), since the ball goes directly downward from the underspin of the smash; I don't think his groin has that kind of grip to do that, so it's weird that Persson would react that way, as if he actually was hit. |
