Website Designing for Cheapest!!

I have so much extra time right now during christmas break that I want to create websites. I'm a amateur website designer. I design mostly in HTML sometimes adding PHP so enhance the websites design. I can also render images into smaller sizes, result is you can have hundreds of images on your website and the user can still view them continuously. I can also Photoshop custom banners.

OVERALL: I need money for a ping pong robot. I will create a website for anyone willing to PAY. The website can be ABOUT anything, excluding porn, illegal dvd, hacking, and ect.

Prices/plan:

PLAN1: 25$USD.
-You get a website that has up to 15 pages of information/graphics. I charge a extra .25$ for a extra page after that.
-You will get free hosting. You will be able to access your website at least 50 times an hour, after that your website is locked out and you have to wait one hour.
- You also get all of the scripts, rendered image, base pages, and ect when you buy PLAN1.
-You can have a chat room.
-You can have a forum.
-I will put my name at the bottom of each page in small font.

Plan2: 40$USD
-You get a website that has up to 25 pages of information/graphics. I will charge a extra .25$ per page after that.
-You will also get free hosting. The drawback is you can only access your website 75 times a hour. After that your website is locked and you have to wait one hour before you can access it again.
-You can get all of the scripts, rendered images, based pages, and everything related to your website.
-You can have a language converter on your website. Basically it will translate your entire website to ANY language you want. EXCLUDING VIETNAMESE AND THAI.
-You can have a chat room.
- You can have a forum
-FOR THREE MONTHS, I will ADD NEW INFORMATION OR ANYTHING YOU WANT ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR FREE OF CHARGE.
-The website will not have MY NAME AT THE BOTTOM OF EACH PAGE.


PROCCES/STEPS
1. I design the basic website and show it to you.
2. You approve/disapprove
3. If you approve I add all the INFORMATION AND GRAPHICS. If you disapprove I'll redesign it.
4. Once I'm done I'll show you the finished version. Then you suggest/comment on anything.
5. You pay HALF of the price first.
6. I post everything on the HOST.
7. YOU CHOOSE YOUR DOMAIN NAME. ( websites link). It will be www."anything you want here".co.cc
8. ONCE your satisfied, I'll accept the other half of the payment =).
9. If you bought PLAN 1 YOU ARE DONE. If you bought plan 2 I will add new information or anything you want for three months.


I really hope someone buys the anyone package. I'm saving up for a super 3rd generation robot. I'm a 13 year old teen, so don't tell me to get a JOB.
Transactions will be done through PAYPAL ONLY! Unfortunately you have to speak fluent english, I'M NOT RACIST BUT I LEARNED FROM EXPERIENCE. One time a not fluent english speaker bought plan 2 from me. It took me a whole 4 months. No joke. We could'nt speak to each other. I had to use GOOGLE translator =(.
