The topsheet seems BW. It's hard to say from a low res picture like that, but I see some yellow-orange sponge under the topsheet...
When was this picture taken?

its from back when BW2 first came out, and everyone was talking about it. They said the same thing, but after discussion and magnification it ended up the sponge was indeed black.
