Which stroke have to push leg? |

I know in some strokes like Loop, Smash, counter loop we have to push leg to weight transfer from back leg to front leg. in another stroke like Flick, Push my leg only move to the ball? Please give me some advices. thank!

yes; flicks, pushes are not power based strokes and must be done with a strong base that the 'playing leg' is; no matter where the ball lands (on your bh or fh side), the leg on the same side of your paddle always advances and you rest on it while pushing or flicking; it's called "stepping in".
