Hello, I'm a girl playing table tennis in Korea. I took a slow motion video of the backhand topspin, and I want to use a more powerful backhand topspin, so please advise me if you have any training methods for strong power. advise me if you have any training methods for strong power.

It is difficult to criticize your technique because it is very good and in addition, I am not a certified coach, just an aficionado who enjoys talking about tt so whatever I say, take it lightly and ask confirmation from your coach, it is more food for thoughts and a conversation topic than a critic of your game. This being said...
BH: try focusing on having your paddle not stopping after the backswing and before the swing so you take advantage of the momentum the paddle gained between the time it went from your right side and the moment it is close to your stomach before the swing. The backswing and the swing should be connected in a fluid and uninterrupted trajectory. You can train in shadow practice to do fh-bh-fh-bh and draw a sort of a "figure 8". In bh-bh, it's just an ellipse. For both the figure 8 and the ellipse, we want the paddle to never stop. If I may say something about the FH: it seems you hit the ball just a little bit late and that means the paddle had not enough time to gain speed. If you hit when the ball is a bit more forward, the stroke will be more powerful because the paddle had more time to accelerate. It will take you to start the stroke just a tiny bit earlier. I hope this graphic explains better, it is really a little change but one that will give big returns. Again, I am an amateur and the above is just ideas to think about so you can ask your coach about it.
