Yeah, I was wondering the same for a while, then researched the hell out of it. EE II seems to be a decent alternative to speed glue. Got my bottle last week and am waiting to see it perform some magic on my rubbers!

make sure to use it on a sheet of new rubber tho. I put it on my old tsp summit and it made a huge pile of goo by softening the glue. After I removed the glue, it took about 12 hours to get a dome effect.
