The doctor says I can return to my daily life next week Clap
But I feel I can do exercises now. The doctor says so too but stop when I feel pain.
I'm just happyCry
Now I just started holding a racket and I got to say it's quite heavy than usual. My legs feels brand new. No pain, no restrictions no anything. But I walk kind of wobbly.
I plan on doing light jogging 3 km in the morning. What other exercises could I do for my legs? What exercises could I go for my whole arm? Specially for the elbow. I should be back playing next week.

I think a good place to start would be to do regular stretching followed by a light jogging, of possibly 1/2 to a mile a day.  Stretching part is very important.

Just don't over-do-it.  You'll be back to your old self like that!  :D
