it dosent have to be glued but i could not tell you what it would be like exactly with out it. no rubber "HAS" to be glued i think that it would still be good but it is better with glue.

hm well i am looking for new rubbers for my acoustic...i was leaning towards a F1/F2 combo/some other speed glue effect rubber combo, but this rubber caught my eye because it's the "famed" blue sponge H2
